As many of you already know, this event now 4 years old has become one of the largest auctions of its type in Florida.

 We will pay a $ 1,000.00 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Jacob R. Thomas, A convicted FELON in the State of Florida last known address 8190 Sturbridge Ct. Weeki Wachee FL 34613. Florida Drivers License # T520 436 814 640 (Public Record Information),SS# 594 10 ---- For theft of numerous items INCLUDING $10,000.00 worth of office/auction equipment. One gelding quarter horse and numerous household items. We are in the process of obtaining information from Hernando County Animal Control for the 11 pending charges for Animal Abuse while Mr. Thomas lived there. That information WILL BE POSTED HERE as it is considcered PUBLIC INFORMATION and still an open investigation. Should you need more information please call Hernando County Animal Control.

For the 5 people who already responded to this requets for information on Jacob Thomas, I promise to help you file charges for animal abuse against him to the full extent of the law. As for Mr. Thomas's demand for this information to be removed from the internet I suggest he file suit in civil court. I am sure any judge will be more then interested to speak with him on a variety of charges that will come out in open court, not limited to Animal Abuse charges, but also driving on a 5 year suspended Florida Drivers License, a Felony, and listed as public record for anyone to see. I can only wonder what Progressive Auto Insurance will have to say when they learn that a principal driver of a vehicle they insure is NOT LICENSED due to a 5 year suspension inforced by a judge in 2007. So, yes Jacob, Let's go before a judge! Better yet, let's both agree to a LIE DETECTOR TEST administered by a Law Enforcement agency on ANYTHING I HAVE WRITTEN HERE. I WILL EVEN PAY FOR IT!

As for the stolen gelding, we will post pictures of this horse on the internet and in Horse & Pony. If anyone has unknowingly purchaed this horse you are holding STOLEN PROPERTY and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Your cooperation with Law Enforcement may lead to us droping charges when you agree to a statement that the horse was sold to you under fraudulent circumstances. You will also qualify for the $1,000.00 REWARD if your information leads to the arrest, and conviction of Jacob R. Thomas, the same person I had to have the Citrus County courts force eviction in order to remove him from the home he rented in Floral City, Florida for non payment of rent.
